At the Institute of Spiritual Science, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, I offer:

My mission is to help individuals, families, and communities experience spiritual, emotional, and physical wellness through holistic care of the mind, body, and spirit. I provide affordable healing services for adults and children of all backgrounds and income levels.

My Approach to Wellness

I believe that living an Ayurvedic and Yogic lifestyle is for everyone. As a mother of four and a devoted practitioner, I understand how deeply healing these practices can be—even amidst a busy life. I had to learn how to carve my own path, guided by inner wisdom and joy, and now I help others walk theirs.

Through healing, education, and deep listening, I help my clients reconnect with their true Self and uncover their highest potential—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

At my Pranic Ayurveda® Massage Studio in Frisco, Texas, I provide massage therapy with skill, compassion, and spiritual integrity. I am a:

  • Licensed Ayurveda Practitioner – Diploma in Ayurveda & Panchakarma, India Delhi

  • Society for Oncology Massage (S4OM)-Certified Therapist

As an S4OM therapist, I am trained to work safely and effectively with clients undergoing cancer treatment or in survivorship. I modify each massage to honor your medical history, current condition, and energy levels—offering gentle, nurturing, and therapeutic care.

Spiritual Practice and Environment

My entire life is a spiritual practice. Every part of my work is rooted in service to my spiritual teacher and the teachings that guide me. At Pranic Ayurveda® Massage Studio, you will not see anything that isn’t aligned with my spiritual path.

Because of this, your massage experience with me offers more than just physical relief—it becomes a sacred, healing experience for body and soul.

Despite a busy schedule, I remain committed to deepening my knowledge. I regularly attend professional congresses, seminars, and workshops on massage, anatomy, physiology, and medical integration.

I’ve been blessed to learn from some of the best teachers in the world and continue to evolve as both a therapist and a spiritual practitioner.
