DURATION OF THE SESSION
The duration of the session is individual for each patient, but not more than 1.5 hours. Crystal bowls are very strong physically and energetically, 45 minutes will be enough for a session. The sound vibration session with bowls and tuning forks lasts for 1 hour. According to the method of exposure, the session can be contact and non-contact. During contact, the bowls are installed both on the body and around the patient. In a non-contact session, the bowls are installed at a certain distance from the body. The choice of the method of exposure, the type and size of a crystal or Tibetan bowls, I choose myself, after questioning and diagnosing your condition.
After a session with sound bowls and tuning forks, a person needs to take a couple of deep breaths and exhalations, move his/her toes and hands, stretch and lie on his/her right side for 2-3 minutes. Then the person needs to get up as slowly as possible, sit with his/her eyes closed for 1-2 minutes, and then drink a pre-prepared special herbal infusion.
